EXPECTATIONS
TEAM EXPECTATIONS
Control the things that are in your power to control. These include the way you act, treat others, how hard you work, your attitude, and your ability to be a great teammate. All of these items take zero talent.
Priorities – Family, Education, Hockey
Be a great teammate – Teams that are successful rarely are the most talented. But, they almost always have the best chemistry.
Discipline/Commitment – The willingness to work and sacrifice individual gain for the betterment of the team and your teammates.
Respect – In order to gain respect by our teammates, you must also show respect. Regardless of grade or age, we all need to have respect for each other.
Class – How an individual/team acts both on and off the ice. This helps define who we are as a program.
TEAM RULES

PARENT EXPECTATIONS
Communicate with your player.
Support for the programs, the coaches, and the teams at all levels of play will make much stronger organizations.
For any meetings that need to take place during the season involving parents, the players will also need to be present. Players are expected to talk to the coaches FIRST before getting involved.
Please observe the “24 Hour Rule” should any issues come up.
Playing Time
Playing time is not equal. Each player's skill, effort, and attitude will all play into the decisions about ice time.
There is no guarantee that you will suit/play in a certain number of games. Decisions are based on what is best for the TEAM, not the individual.
